How NOT to get ahead in business - funny business cartoons

When people in business are trying to get ahead they do things that work positively in that regard and they do things that have a counter productive effect. Regardless of the outcome however, they do each with equal fevour in the belief that it is all for the greater good. The greater good being their career advancement or business success.

There are many books about how to get ahead in business but not so many on how 'not' to get ahead in business and given the point made above, there is a gap there in the market for such a book.



Having been in business, whether it be manging retail and health businesses for others or managing myself as a freelance artist/writer I have amassed some 22+yrs of experience in this regard. I've watched colleagues, peers and the competition make countless errors of judgement when they calculate what is required to succeed.



I have thus decided to approach this 'gap' in the market for a book about 'how not to get ahead in business' by writing a list of 'don'ts' and accompanying them with some funny business related cartoons. It is my hope to create perhaps a list of perhaps 101 and then publish them in a book.
