Funny Facebook Cartoon Gag - are you an Internet Zombie?

I have certainly spent my fair share of long hours on the Internet to the detriment of engaging with the outside world and in some cases getting dressed! Now that's bad. Really it is! Fortunately I'm not as engrossed in the online world now and I've never been addicted to social networking sites like Facebook. But some are, and those that are do indeed become Internet Zombies!
The first thing they do on waking is switch on their computer and dial up! Who's on Facebook at 4am in the morning? Lots of people is the simple answer to that. They sign in to check friends updates, messages, add 'wall posts' send 'pokes', play games and a whole host of other time absorbing activities.
There's been much controversy over the security of Facebook, but what about the health implications of those who live for their next Facebook fix? Are they washing, eating and dressing as they should or are the basic functions (like going to the toilet) being ignored in favour of being glued to the computer screen?
If you are an Internet Zombie, Facebook addict think about what you're missing in the real world and more importantly (re your family) who's missing you! Get off the computer (unless you're surfing Searchwarp of course) and interact with real humans.

This cartoon is great. Have to show my grandson so he'll recognize himself next year. He's not so much on the sites as he uses his thumbs - you know, he's into the games. At that he is a shark and no one can beat him. He works at it, constantly. Well, we know where he is. Nice article with the cartoon and spot on.Thank you :) I think I'll do a xmas themed Internet Zombie next. Imagine xmas infront of PC!
