President's men have trouble parking outside Downing Street - So did this VIP! Alien Cartoon

Why do aliens never say hello? Because there's no where to park!
This alien parking cartoon image was inspired by the lack of concessions made when parking in certain areas in London. You'd think an Alien might have special privileges! Parking Inspectors never miss an opportunity to give someone a ticket and VIPs are rarely an exception! The VIP here being an alien.
Meanwhile the caption was inspired by a News article published in April regarding the difficult time President Obama's driver was having parking the limo outside Number 10 Downing Street ( the home of Prime Minister Gordon Brown).
The limo is built to withstand a terrorist attack but it's not designed to handle UK roads!
