Most people have a heart throb that they have adored from afar for years (in my case decades). I was a big fan of Adam Ant in the 80's and in the 90's I finally got around to creating these pastel portraits. He has been on my walls ever since.
Personally I prefer him 'with make-up' to without.
Adam Ant - real name Stuart Leslie Goddard was born in 1954 in Marylebone London, England. I knew him as the lead singer of Adam and The Ants, but he was also once voted 'sexiest man in America' by MTV viewers and worked as an actor between 1985 and 1999.
I wonder what Adam Ant is doing now?
